Todom

Terms

Todom is free software, offered as is. These are the terms for the software and this website.

The software

Todom is released under the MIT licence. You may use it, copy it, change it and run it for anything you like, including commercially, as long as the copyright notice and licence text stay with it. The licence is the agreement; nothing on this page adds to it or takes anything away.

No warranty

Todom is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. You run it on your own equipment and you are responsible for it: for keeping it up to date, for who can reach it, and for backing up the file your tasks live in. We are not liable for lost tasks, downtime or any other loss arising from using it, so far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This website

The site is here to describe the software and help you install it. We try to keep the instructions accurate, but they may fall behind the code; the repository is always the authority. Links to other sites are not endorsements of them.

The Todom name and logo, the site's text and the Lightmorphic name remain ours. The code they describe is yours to use under the MIT licence.

Support

There is no support contract and no promised response time. Bugs and questions are welcome on GitHub, which is the best place for anything technical.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions about them go to terms@lightmorphic.com.
